Sinq Meal Prep
Take Care of Home (TCoH) launched a pilot program in 2017 to provide lunches for underprivileged kindergarten students at KayAmba School. The program was initiated after discovering that many students were coming to school without food due to financial constraints. Initial attempts to address the issue through direct cash allowances to parents proved ineffective.
To improve the program, TCoH partnered with a local cook to provide meals directly to students. This approach has been successful and has created a business opportunity for the cook. Based on this success, TCoH plans to expand the program to other schools while maintaining the same model and establishing a distinct brand identity within the organization.
Started with 7 children in 2017 and expanded since, the Sinq program provides school Lunches for 30 children yearly.
